Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Unused and in original condition - All return items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging and labels 100% intact.
We cannot accept return items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
For returns by mail, please do not tape up the original manufacturer's packaging and attach a mailing label, because any damage to the retail packaging will render the product unsaleable, and therefore ineligible for return.
Proof of purchase - A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any instore return or exchange.
Non-returnable items - Due to hygiene reasons, certain products such as underwear, swimwear etc. are not eligible for return unless faulty.
To return an item, please download and complete the return form from our website, or alternatively, write the same information on a piece of paper. Once completed, include the form on the outside of your return package, along with the item.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. However, if the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us.
Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets our conditions, we will process your refund through the same payment method used for the original purchase. The total refund amount will be the cost of the product minus the shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from receiving the returned item.
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you wish to exchange an item, please notify us and we will guide you through the process.
Unless a faulty or incorrect item has been sent, postage costs for exchanges are covered by the customer.
The returned item must meet all return conditions to qualify for an exchange.
If we made an error with your order and you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email with the order details, and we will arrange a free return and either send a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund if replacement is unavailable.

Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as regular-priced items, as long as they are in their original, unused condition.
