So you wondering where your order is?
First step is to log into your account and look for progress on your order.
If it's within 12-24 hours of your order being placed and there's no movement on the order, there's no need to stress just yet as we may be just about to pack and send it. If it's after that period then by all means drop us an email here for a progress report.
If your orders been sent and you're wondering where it is, check your email for an email from STM/Australia Post for a consignment number that can be used on the Australia Post website to track it's status. If you can't find that email then send us an email here
Unfortunately, once an item has been sent we can't change it's course or give any extra information to the postman.
