Shipping Fee

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please add the shipping amount to the 'QTY' section above. You can either type it in, or click on the '+' key multiple times until you get to the right number.

Then click on 'ADD TO CART', and in the 'Order Notes' box, please write your original order number, and that this amount is for the quoted shipping fee.

Please note that on checkout it will say 'Free Shipping', but that's just so an additional shipping fee isn't automatically added - because the computer system treats this payment as an 'order'.
