Free shipping is via regular Australia Post. Express Post is available on all orders for an extra cost.

Price Matching
We're happy to consider all prices from competitors and price match if we choose to. For us to do this there are some conditions:
Fast turnaround on ALL orders
We do our best to get your orders on the back of a truck within 12-24 hours on business days and on the next business day if you order between Friday 2pm and Sunday. From there, its in the hands of the postman and the delivery method you chose. Regular post is normally 2-4 business days, while Express Post is next day delivery if you're within the Next Day delivery network specified by Australia Post.
Rarely, there's a hold up with your order, and this may be related to the address given or if there's an issue with your order. In this case, you'll be contacted via email within 12-24 hours - unless on the weekend, in which case it'll be the next business day.
Australia-based Warranty
Our products are all backed with local Australia based warranties. Each brand offers varying terms and conditions for their warranties and we abide by those. Please note that we don't set the warranty but we'll do our absolute best to get you a warranty if it's within the guidelines stated. For all warranty claims expect a 1-3 week turnaround depending on the brand.
