Special Orders

If there's anything you are looking for that we don't have online or in our retail store, we're more than happy to attempt to source it for you. Can be anything from something as simple as us not having your size or an item that you simply can not find anywhere.

Please note occasionally an extra freight charge may apply depending on the item as we have to get the item shipped from a supplier to us. The freight from us to you is as per our normal conditions. If there is an extra charge, you'll be notified prior to placing your order.

There'll be extra day's delivery time as orders need to come from the supplier to us, and then to you. Expect an extra 2-5 business days on the delivery time, depending on which brand is supplying your order to us.

Not all special returns are able to be returned for exchanges. Please ask prior to placing your order.
