TECNICA Cochise HV 120 DYN ski boots - Mens - Progressive Green

The Tecnica Cochise 120 HV DYN GW from Tecnica is a true freeride boot in High Volume version.

The 120 flex and 4-buckle construction really come into their own on the descent. With the T-Ride system, the shaft and shell are connected and the longer lever allows the skier to turn faster and at the same time has greater stability.

The lightweight shell material and the 42° angle of motion in Hike mode make the short ascent or traverse to the next powder slope a walk in the park.

If the boot doesn't fit the first time you slip it on, the Tecnica C.A.S. system allows you to customise the shell and liner. The GripWalk sole provides the necessary grip if you are travelling the last few metres to the summit without skis.

To ensure that the ski boot can be recycled after its life cycle, the model was developed according to the Eco Design and does not use PVC and recycled and less complex materials.

• C.A.S. Shell -The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.
• C.A.S. Liner -C.A.S. has revolutionized ski boots with regards to fit and personalization. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and offer great heel hold. The internal part of the liner is shaped to match the foot while the exterior matches and conforms to the shape of the shell. The dual density micro-cell material is durable and easy to customize. The C.A.S. liners are less prone to pack-out maintaining the fit over a longer period of time.
• T-Ride -The T-Ride system is fully integrated into the boot design. It’s a solid cuff-to-shell connection which delivers the perfect combination between downhill performance and uphill hiking ability.
• Free Move -The new hinge point allows frictionless hiking, so you can hike more with less energy.
• Asymmetric Power Transmission -The revolutionary asymmetrical concept is based on a different thickness of the shell and liner structures. The inside of the shell is slightly thicker and stiffer and the outside of the shell is thinner and more flexible.
• Quick Instep -Utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
