SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Address and Contact Details:
When placing an order with STM Snow, Surf & Skate (STM), where we are to deliver goods to you, we require a physical street address.

To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your land-line and mobile phone numbers. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested. If a customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, he/she is responsible for followup and possible re-shipping costs.

Australian Deliveries (3-5 business days)

Delivery Lead Time : Fast Australia-wide Delivery!
For delivery to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please
allow 1-2 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more
remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 days.

Delivery Charges
Australia Air Express + Handling Charges
- Delivery charge for goods up to 3kg is AU$12.95 inc.GST (nationally)

International Deliveries (5-7 business days)
Shipping by International Post. Flat rate AU$25 worldwide.

There may be instances where delivery charges may increase slightly due to incorrect data. Before proceeding with any order where the delivery charge has increased, STM will contact the customer to confirm acceptance.

Proof of Delivery
Should you require a proof of delivery at any time (after the standard lead time), please email: online@stmonline.com.au and we will send you a fax copy.

Delivery Carriers
- For Australia-wide deliveries we use Australia Post for the majority of items and a courier service for oversized items.

RETURNS POLICY
STM offers a 7 day return policy on items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact info@stmonline.com.au.

Please e-mail online@stmonline.com.au. Returns may not be accepted without a valid invoice number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for a return order: customer name, invoice number, and the reason for the return.

Products Returned Within 7 Days Requirements
All products returned MUST be "as new" condition, 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit. STM reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed as not in "as new" condition.

Non-Defective Goods Fee
For warranty claims on faulty goods, if we receive a product that is found to be non-faulty, a $15 non-fault fee will be payable or “Non-Defective Items” Policy may apply, whichever is greater. The customer will have to pay for the shipping cost before the non-faulty item is returned to the customer.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility; STM will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s). STM will not pay for shipping for non-faulty or non-defective items and the customer will payment and organise courier pick-up or other means of return delivery.

STM will only cover the shipping cost of the returned item if the wrong item was sent to the customer.

For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage .

Defective Goods Policy
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to STM within 30 days from the invoice date, at STM's discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. Any item that is missing the UPC code will ONLY be replaced with the same item. After 7 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply.

Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges.

Non-Defective Goods Policy
Although STM is not liable to provide refund or credit note if the customer simply changes their mind or the customer finds the goods cheaper elsewhere, we will accept returns within 7 days from the invoice date.

All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee and a credit note will be issued toward future purchases only. Original shipping charges are NOT refunded on returned items.

STM reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 7 days from the invoice date.

**Note: Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
